Shipping & returns
US shipping only at launch. Cards travel in toploaders inside rigid mailers.
Free US shipping on orders over $50; otherwise calculated at checkout.
Stocked items: returns within 30 days, unused, buyer pays return shipping. Made-to-order and personalized items are defect-covered: send photos within 14 days of delivery and we remake or refund. Alters follow the proof process — approved work is final.
Terms of service
Ghost Layer Studios sells handcrafted gaming accessories and card-alteration services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher; all artwork is original, and compatibility is described by size and function only.
Most items are made to order; slight variation in engraving, grain, and finish is the nature of handmade goods, not a defect.
Alters: you may only send cards you own, and you attest the card is genuine. Digital proof approval is required before work begins; alteration is permanent. Altered cards may not be legal in sanctioned play — checking event rules is your responsibility. Cards in our custody are handled with care and returned via tracked, insured shipping.
Custom art uploads: you must own or hold rights to anything you send us. We refuse work that reproduces third-party card art, logos, or characters, and may cancel and refund any order at our discretion.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. Tokens and counters are small parts — not for children under 3.

We respect intellectual property rights and expect the same of our customers. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, email dmca@ghostlayerstudios.com with: identification of the work, the URL of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and your signature.
Valid notices get prompt removal. Customers who repeatedly submit infringing material for custom production will be refused service.
